Very unprofessional, receptionist giving wrong information about the method of registration made me waste time twice, the nurse Philippa changed a prescription I've been taking for years without assigning any test , as if I'm some sort of experiment, showing a huge lack of work ethic. Apart from one nice receptionist I will not recommend this surgery.

Aside from Dr Berman this surgery is terrible- worst experiences ever. They are repeatedly condescending, ever so rude and have such a bad attitude and work ethic. One of the doctors patronisingly said “I don’t have magic hands nor am I a miracle worker to help you” after my dad nearly had a heart attack and they wrongly diagnosed him and prescribed him with medication. The reception staff don’t care and are constantly horrible. Such terrible service and communication. I really wish I could give it 0 stars.

Fantastic surgery. All doctors are great. Dr Norton seems to get bad reviews but he was great with my daughter and to the point. Dr Rogers is so lovely. She has helped me so much and Nurse Kate is so kind. Thank you for helping me, a new worried mum.
