Well organized room. I played GUKPT side event which had a good structure. Friendly and professional staff. Decent food.
Decent poker room on 2nd floor and good tables room on the 1st floor. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Best place to spend a bid time in peace
Possibly the best poker room in London. Drinks service can be a bit slow, and the menu can be "samey" but always good games and mostly excellent dealers.
There are the usual casino games. There are regular poker tournaments and cash games at various buy-ins. You can register with Grosvener to have the ability to add yourself to a waiting list. Omaha and Hold-em are the main poker games and you can usually walk in and not have to wait too long for either of those. The croupiers are polite and rarely slip but the casino rules do mean that much of the poker-banter and social aspect is overly censored at some times. There are some regulars and some visitors. The regulars all seem polite, there are a few there with more money than sense but for the most part you can have a sensible and fun game. The food is good and there are snacks. Drinks are a reasonable price too.
