great staff don't mind if you sniff the gas
I say this with the most respect and compassion - you need to do something about the beggars on your grounds! I live just around the corner so come in from time to time! On a couple of occasions during lockdown, I gave the beggars some money but now, I literally stay away because I get hounded the moment I park up! I feel uncomfortable, guilty up to an extent and also a bit cornered! Please do something about this!!
Shocking customer service and when asked for use of the toilet was told it is locked!! There are female delivery drivers like myself who rely on your so called services to get by. I sincerely hope no one ever treats any member of your family in the utterly disreptful way in which I just was treated. Imagine being a pregnant lady begging to use the toilet to be told no we have locked it!!!
Staff was not helpful and one of them was rude serving, I waiting 15 mins to get my toastie warmed up and they refuse to serve me wedges because they have online orders and they wanted to serve them first
Fast, friendly service and an excellent selection of items including Costa coffee and sweets
