Very professional and tidy bank. Helpful staff but sometimes a little slow in getting you sorted. I love the cash machines inside as I can withdraw more than the outside ones.
The worst bank experience ever. So this feedback applies to Barclays Bank and not just this branch. This branch is clean. I opened an account here sept. They lost my information somehow. So it locked my account and result of the app and account locked and it asked customers to come into the branch to resolve it. When you call the bank. they cannot help and will not help you to make any appointment. They ask you to come to the bank, and wait forever to fix a problem that the bank made.
Thank you to Dariusc and Jose for their swift customer service. My partner and I were seen to within seconds of queuing by Jose, who then kindly directed us to where we needed to be. We were then seen by Dariusz who answered all our questions and helped us out within 15 minutes. Thank you for being so patient and so kind.
Rubbish service and some rude staff standing in front of the door. Never recommend going there.
Best barclays branch at the ealing area. The best is Rosa always helps me with any financial problem. Big shame that it’s closed Sunday but there is never a line if yeah tha is 5-10 min max in COVID it’s the best to make a appointment online.
