I went to the branch and opened my Classical Account on 26th, Nov. The staff told me that I would receive an email a few days later, but I haven't received the email until now. When I called for this, AI in the phone told they would recall in 60 mins. Well, no calls all the day! I don't know when I can receive the email and the card.

Absolute joke to be honest, the queue to wait was over 25 mins. Lack of staff and finally after being served I was told they can't serve me anymore because of a software problem with their machines.
Booked an appointment online, came on time. Staff spent 10mins to find my booking on the system and told me the person having appointment with me is not working today, but someone else would take over, and asked me to wait 5-10min. I waited for over 1 hour. Meanwhile someone came behind me was brought into the meeting room before me. The customer service is very disappointing, completely wasted my time sitting in the chair and waiting.
