HSBC triage the queue so depending on the service you need you can move forward. These folks don't give a plop and make you wait just to speak to the door guard. I'm moving everything to HSBC. Lack of sense with Santander front line staff
Very unhelpful especially during pandemic. They don't let people use their services. Staff locked themselves inside bank and they are too busy chatting to eachother instead of help customers.
Lots of people waiting outside are unable even to ask any question. Very unprofessional service. They should learn customer service skills from HSBC or Barclays. Don't recommend anyone their services, especially that they went bankrupt once ( Abey National).
Very unprofessional and unhelpful especially now during pandemic. You can't even pay in money to account.
There is always a long line as there are only 2/3 colleagues at a time even though there are like 5/6 checkpoints. The machine that you can make deposits in is always broken. Customer service is fine.
