The queues are horrendous. I can understand about social distancing but they only let 2 people in at a time. And once you manage to get in there, the staff (including the manager) are so incredibly slow pace with their service. It's appalling that I felt I had to come on here and give a negative review. I feel sorry for any one who goes to this branch. I am willing to change my review only if I see changes.
Emefa was amazing, all i said was hello and what i need done. She done everything bottom up. SHE NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED ASAP!!!!! NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT HELP FROM ANY BANK. I REFUSE TO BE SERVED BY ANYBODY ELSE FROM NOW ON.
This branch is making me wanting to cancel my account and switch banks after more than 10 years with Natwest. They are slow, arrogant and useless. From the management to every single 1 of them. It is the closest branch to my new place so I guess I'm gonna cancel it at the end
