Don't bother with them. Waisted 4 months of my time. I recommend joining Starling or Monzo, 10x better service

Considering I've been banking with them for over 21 years, they treat their customers appallingly. They lack empathy and have no customer service skills at all. I don't go in too often, usually just to deposit money. But the times I did I immediately regretted going in. I have transferred over to Monzo in protest. Been with them for couple of months and have had no issues.

The team at the Bethnal Green NatWest branch are really friendly and helpful. I visited the branch during lockdown and they managed the queuing and safety inside the branch well. I mostly bank online but it's nice to know there's such a great team locally if I need.
