Please fix your reception. Very frustrating for them not to pick up the phones. What’s the point of good GPS if getting to them is a huge frustration
Many doctors are great. But they have one or two who are really bad .. receptionists are not my favourite . I really try to avoid talking to them.
Usually would book my appointments online and skip the reception.
When I have to talk to them I really feel stressed. However, now I am using email to communicate to limit my interaction with them.
Exceptional service for the past 5 years. The DRs are compassionate, thorough and supportive. I also think the receptionists do a great job. I have always been given an appointment based on how urgent my needs are. They have a demanding role; their efficiency and kindness is very much appreciated.

I really like Adelaide. I always get appointments quickly, which is why I changed over here from another GP. They also have alot of female doctors, which I appreciate. If you are gentle and kind with the front desk, they are very kind and helpful.
