My 11 year old son had an allergic reaction and difficulty breathing. We went to the surgery for help and they wouldn’t even open the door. Told us to good to the pharmacy for medical care. The sainted NHS which betrays thousands of people needing medical care every day and which has killed thousands of baby, cancer sufferers and others over the years through incompetence and lack of care. One of the worst health systems in the development world.

I'm a long term patient of the surgery and used to receive brilliant care but this has gone downhill since 2018. Recently, it took me five days to speak to a doctor about serious mental health issues I was facing. She was extremely rude, dismissive and didn't take my issues seriously, even when I was crying hysterically on the phone. I cannot believe I was spoken to in such a way and I'm confident that I would have had different treatment if I had a physical illness. It's still upsetting when I think about the incident and I have been reluctant to see the doctor about other medical issues. I am going to register with another surgery.

I have been a patient at Primrose Hill Surgery since 1983 and unfortunately have needed to attend frequently in the last 10 years. I have nothing but praise - the doctors have been highly efficient and have referred me for life saving tests. Having worked in the NHS for the past 30 years, I can appreciate how demanding being on the frontline is. I was amazed to read negative reviews when I have experienced only excellent customer care from all the reception staff. Whilst waiting for my appointment I have only heard them being polite and highly professional which is contrary at how they are sometimes spoken to. I can find no fault with any of them but only the highest praise especially to the lovely Barbara (who has been there for years) and Sarah both of whom deliver excellent customer service. You are greatly appreciated . Thank you.

My partner and I have been registered for 3 years and have always found the staff to be professional and efficient. We had a brilliant recent experience with Dr Paul and also Emma (the painless vampire) who were so friendly and understanding at a time when we were feeling anxious.

I call the surgery (I've been registered with them for 2 years) to make an appointment for a long term health problem. They tell me I can't make an appointment until 9am (it's 8:56am) and if it's an emergency to go elsewhere, I say I just want your next appointment. They say it won't be for 2 weeks. I say I'll take it. They tell me I have to call back in 2 days time because they don't take appointments that far in advance.
