Would be nice when people are paying at the till not to be harassed by workers on the till to buy more stuff they have on counter this nonsense holds up the que behind and delays my time, i get what i need on shop floor and just what to pay and go not to be harrassed or annoyed by workers on the till to buy other things i do not want!! If you want to ask customers to buy more things asked once and not 100 times again on diffrent products, if the customer says no once leave be and just scan what they bought already and let the checkout in peace.

The store is fine. I'd just like say to the manager to don't push too much the staff in selling, because everytime I go there, a woman in make up area is literally harassing me with offers and stuff... Is annoying being bothered while you're trying have a quiet shopping.

Would have to say by far the worst store I’ve been to. Not only are the staff horrible , the Managers themselves set the worst atmosphere by far. The black guy who calls himself management has to be the most horrible and unprofessional I’ve ever come across . All I got was attitude and rudeness as I made an enquiry . Was desperately in need of help and service and even approached those in the Pharmacy. As soon as I asked for help the man who was at the computer wearing glasses shut me down straight away . Telling me to go find someone on the shop floor and to go to the till . It was visible there was no other customers for them to be busy with . Honestly do not recommend visiting this store , bad experience overall.

Just had one of the best customer service from an incredibly kind lady called Natasha. As someone who doesn't wear makeup often i was really unsure what to buy, Natasha approached me and after having asked a few questions (budget, sort of event why I needed make up for, colour of my dress) she helped me choose all pieces. So patient and also a good laugh as my style (or lack of thereof) was completely different from hers! Will definitely go back when needing advice!

I really enjoy how polite the staff was and there was a guy called Mahamed who helped me out the most as i was constantly asking questions and helped me out every time
