Re: Specsavers customer number 193111 I am writing to you to let you know that I would like to have my money back, because I do not receive a positive good service from you any more. I understand from your automated calling service that you have a high volume of customers waiting. Therefore, I’ve also had to personally come into your store in person many times. I paid for my order about a month ago, and I am still waiting for it. When calling you to find out what’s happening with my order, I get promised that I will get a call back but that has never happened. My phone number was also blocked to stop me calling you, when I need to communicate to get my order sorted out. On two occasions you let me down, by saying the frames I wanted is discontinued. If they are discontinued, why are you still selling them and allowing customers to pay and wait. The stories and excuses are endless. As a result, I would like to have my money back in cash, which is the method I paid by. What is the best day and time for me to collect my refund from your place? I look forward to hearing from you and anticipate an urgent response. Kind Regards Mr Chan

I came for my first eye test for 6 years today and the service was excellent. Friendly, efficient, and professional. It’s a busy shop but it was managed well and all the staff were helpful and polite and were following all the guidelines to keep everyone safe in what must be a very challenging time. Seeing everyone covered in masks and face shields - it can’t be easy to work in all that clobber all day long!Well done for keeping us all served. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

On Monday , I met a lovely gentlemen under the name of Suhail. He was very nice and absolutely great. I came upset from the Specsavers down the road, who issued my glasses without bothering to sit me down and fit them on me which was causing me visual issues and a lot of pain. Basically kicking me unceremoniously out . When I came in , Suhail took a look and was very friendly and easy going , he fixed my glasses perfectly and now I am adjusting better . It was nice being helped and given general advise and being made feel like a person . So , thank you very much for your time and care!!

Very friendly and helpful! Went for an eye test and was seen straight away. I was told I needed glasses for the first time and Suhail helped find a pair that suited me as I had no idea where to start. He explained everything and answered any questions I had. Thank you so much Suhail!

Specsavers in Croydon is friendly and helpful. You are never kept waiting for too long. It's well designed so that you can around and they a variety of glasses to suit your budget.
