Exceptionally rude reception staff, incredibly unhelpful.
I would give zero stars if possible - Avoid if possible.
I would wonder whether the staffing there have an element of EUPD, because this behaviour is not normal!
I would strongly recommend a different practice, as the GPs are not the best either.
Very useless staff unprofessional and they don’t care or they hate people what waist of time they should shut for good and send their staff to museum. Sham I can’t give you zero star
short wait times and courteous staff. All this and based in a surgery very close to where I live on a quiet turning off from the london road.
Whenever you call in the morning they always say they don’t have any appointments! Which is really annoying starting to hate this surgery. Very Rude as well.
Completely useless. I am a person who rarely goes to the doctor's but this practise really takes the biscuit. If you call them as I did today they never have an appointment. Today is 29 August and they only had appointments on the 5th of September. I'm supposed to wait a week to see a doctor? If I'm seriously ill I could die in a week what good would that appointment be?
I will be switching surgeries.
