Absolutely disgusting service. The staff are incapable of being professional and doing their job properly. Their unprofessional attitude and neglect is what lead my son to try and commit suicide. When I informed them that I wanted to make a complaint they just hung up the phone on me. So I will now be making a formal complaint with the ombudsman. No doubt they will try and wiggle out of it. Well this time they can't because I have recorded the conversations I had with them the last month. Let see how they like it .

I can not believe how this practice is still open and treating people. My daughter became unwell and I phoned up to book an appointment. When I took my young daughter to the appointment the reception staff were nothing but disrespectful towards me. My appointment was 40 min late When I saw the doctor he was very unhelpful and said there was nothing wrong with my daughter. He didn't even give her a full check up. And he was trying to rush me out the room. The doctors attitude was way out of order. So I took my daughter to the hospital. After seeing a consultant we were told she was seriously unwell. My little girl passed away during an operation. If this doctor surgery and its doctors were professional then I wouldn't of lost my daughter. Its because they were unprofessional and because of their neglect. My wife and I are seeking legal advice.

Friday 20th November - really rude receptionist and no service from the GP disgusting behaviour from untrained staff waited 45 minutes to be told go to A&E. This is the second time this week trying to see a GP and it seems the receptionists do all in their powers to prevent proper treatment. Spent twenty minutes explaining the issues then was told to call back at 2pm because the GP don't do face to face consultation anymore.

This is for the dental department. They were very helpful, and literally made my aunt's emergency extraction painless in every way. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and efficient. Thank you

I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ve just spent 40mins on the phone trying to make an appointment only to be told to call back at 2pm because they don’t make in the future appointments anymore so you have to call in on the day, 8am for a morning and 2pm for afternoon appointment. I asked how many people are answering at 2pm? 2 was the answer, so looks like I’m in for a fun afternoon NOT! This surgery has been awful for years, I thought with new management it would get better but it seems that poor management has just taken over poor management
