Whitehorse Medical Practice

I haven't attended this gp in about a year and let me tell you why. This has been my gp my entire life. My regular doctor was dr. Arjun. She was amazing, always kind and caring towards her patients. I miss her dearly since she left. I only go to the doctors when I am really concerned. Dr. Arjun knew this. I went there last year due to a concerning number of panic attacks. Now panic attacks are scary, I feel like I'm dying when I have one, I dont mind if they never stop, I just want to control them. So I go to my gp. I can't remember the name of the doctor i saw as I legit met her once for like 2 minutes. I wrote a script of what I wanted to say as I was too anxious to talk to a doctor I never met. I explained this the best I could and she just scoffed at me and said "I ain't reading that" which embarrassed me and made me feel incredibly anxious which was the whole reason I was there. So I started reading my little script, I was scared of her to be honest. She cut me off and told me it was "hormones" and I should go on the pill, but then told me not to go on the pill because of my families medical history. She gave me no actual conclusion to my issue and to this day my panic attacks have gotten worse. I am far too scared to go back here and too scared to go anywhere else. I have been suffering in silence because no one would help me. I decided to write this review today because I'm angry. I'm angry because every day now I am having panic attacks, they are getting worse and worse and I sometimes have multiple in one day. The only way i can get them to stop is to try to get my body to shut down so i can sleep it off. This isn't healthy for me, I know it isn't and I wish someone could help but I will just have to do what I can right now. I cant face seeing a doctor as I felt mocked when I was at this gp. Not taken seriously at all. I'm sure there are caring doctors here, but after my experience I dont think I'll speak to a doctor about my anxiety again.

Receptionists there are so rude and just how like the other reviews describes them, they talk to you as if they irritated or moody. Okay? Do your job instead of speaking in some mocking tone. If you don't like it, how about you l e a v e? Everytime I call it turns out to be another worse experience :)

This is the most incompetent practice i have ever dealt with. The receptionist are rude and abrupt and the doctor's don't care about humanity. Why they ate in this profession I really have no idea. Would have given no stars but wouln't allow.

The doctors in this surgery are not fit for any purpose,how and why they all still got a job is beyond me. These doctors are extremely rude!!

Waited for half an hour today and the doctor was late. I wasn't even told she was running late by reception. If we are late they wont even see you, so I left as I didn't want to be late for work and get docked in my wages. Had to rebook. I think this practice has gone down hill since Dr Arjun and Dr Charlton left. Dr Charlton and Dr Arjun were compassionate and family friendly doctors, the new lot have no compassion at all and don't seem to care. They should re-vamp this practice - awful!!!!! Dr Arjun and Dr Charlton were the best Doctors they ever had here. Dr Khan is good but they keep changing Drs. They don't stay for long at this practice, I wonder why
