This review is not about this particular branch. I had ordered a Covid-19 Priority Courier RT-PCR test from the website. According to website, it would reach me in a day, I'd test, and send back the next day. It has been 3 days and I still have NOT received the kit. I understand that it’s mostly the delivery agent’s delay, but I am absolutely unable to reach them on any forum (phone, mail, twitter) to arrange for a collection. This is of utmost inconvenience and disrupts my flight schedule!
