Promoting that they have got nhs discount. During the pandemic. I work as a nurse and got blue light card. And they refused to give me a discount. Really unprofessional.
Phoned to check if they had stock of a item before travelling, after calling numerous times they finally answered the phone.
Staff member I spoke to was very nice, went to collect items, staff members were all polite in store. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this store.
I came across a very rude staff today at 17:08 at the tile called Janice who refused to give me an NHS discount claiming she could not see NHS on my badge but my badge handle had NHS and other stores have given me discounts without a problem. Why should bank or contractors working in the NHS be treated differently . I am not going to leave this matter as I felt discriminated upon as if she had an issue with NHS staff getting discounts as if she owned the shop. 90% of staff are rude in superdrug high street. I am going to make a formal complaint and will not leave this matter
Very bad customer service. Staff are rude and the manager/supervisor (tall, blonde girl) extremely arrogant. Even though they made the mistake of advertising with the wrong marketing, they insisted I was in the wrong and them in the right. Here the saying that the customer is always right just doesn't exist.
Staff are so rude and miserable all the time. They clearly don’t care about customers and are only there to chat with each other
