CEMO FOOD CENTRE

DO NOT buy anything from here via Uber eats. They give you the "not to be old separately items" for double the price. £1.09 for party size skittles, unbelievable.

If an option to give a maximum MINUS review I would absolutely do just that for "Cemo Food Centre". 1. At a first glance via the Uber Eats App - over priced would be an understatement of colossal proportions 2. When my order arrived, I was given a SMALL bag containing almost only HALF of what I have ALREADY PAID FOR. 3. When trying to get help with this I was directed to the delivery driver whom when asked about this very issue, his nonchalant reply was "Oh I don't know, they just gave me the bag and I can't sort it because I'm on another job now". I find this very difficult to believe as I don't think this would be the case if he had given me more than what I had ordered as "Cemo Food Centre" would be on his case and probably put him out of a job because they seem to clearly need as much money/stock as possible to be able to scam a consumer in the way I have just been. Not the delivery drivers fault at all but I would urge him (and others) to work for other, more successful businesses because I don't see much longevity in a career working for criminals. 4. I find this kind of attitude and money grabbing VERY sickening during this COVID pandemic because you're providing a service via an App designed to cater to those who may be housebound and need that extra convenience. I find Theift to be a massive inconvenience and especially when met with such a lack of accountability when trying to rectify it and get my order completed or at the very least - a refund. My advice, just keep to the high street and get off Apps - you're clearly struggling with the workload. 5. When ringing "Cemo Food Centre" it rang out 3 times then I was hung up on. I think if anything, this supports my points highlighted in numbers 3 and 4, ESPECIALLY the last sentence of point number 4. 6. My last point to everyone reading before I look into legal action - if you have read this before shopping here but decide to go ahead and shop here anyway, don't say I didn't warn you. It's NOT convenient and certainly NOT somewhere I would reccomend. Absolutely abhorrent.

I ordered thing with them through Uber eats and they sent the cheaper version of what I paid for. A very scummy thing to do
