The staff here are always very helpful and welcoming. Other banking staff members could take a leaf out of the Bank of Halifax staff. Ad they are indeed very warm and welcoming. Furthermore, their services are alwsys on point. Also their queuing system can be very swift. As supposed to other banks whereby you could be waiting for ages to get served but this bank is always swift with their services and also smiling and welcoming&warm.
Terrible service, this is my local branch, the other so called "local" are miles away and so I have been there numerous times and you have to flip a coin as to whether the branch is open or closed.
It has been closed for various reasons over the past 3 years, usually I.T issues, paying in machines and cash machines not working, the heating doesn't work in the winter and the air conditioning don't work in the summer. Also closed due to lack of staff or open with minimum staff, even before the Covid pandemic, queues were frequent. I have made numerous complaints to Halifax Head Office about this branch but no improvements have ever been implemented. Gotta be the worst branch in London!

we went to open a account and they have only one tablet to all the stuffs , we waited for long time and when start the application we did all the process without the comfortable of a chair ou table .
