Take your business elsewhere, staff need retraining in salesmanship. Boots, two doors down, are much more helpful and considerate of covid related procedures in store.

I've worked in a retail shop for over 5 years and have not come across such unprofessional and rude customer service. All they want to do is get you in and get you out as fast as possible. I was not happy with my eye test and requested a it to be checked again. I was completely reasonable when I spoke to the store managers Hani & Ola, yet they were very unprofessional and rude when I requested to be checked again .I wasted £25 here. I ended going elsewhere for a second opnion which i was completely happy with.
