This surgery is fantastic - honestly can’t say enough positive. Ask my GP is great and the doctors are so quick to respond. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my children and both doctors and receptionists have always been personable and helpful. Thanks Florence Road Surgery!

Best gp I have ever been to. They are so compassionate and quick to help with mental health problems. Even had a doctor call me to check in if I was OK after receiving a note that I called 111. Seriously ignore these bad comments. If you are kind and understanding, it will be returned. They are not superheros but my god they are close to it. Big support of all the workers at this gp!

Worse place! Staff are completely useless, and rude, refused me a emergency appointment, for my 5 month old with breathing issues,also would not give me any type of doctors letter with my son's name on it, to use for id reasons, they asked me to pay £17.50 this surgery is a complete joke, and completely takes the piss out off people.

I ended up being a patient with this Surgery after registering with their sister Surgery in Bramley Road and before I knew it six years went by. I would not be honest if I said that everything was all roses at the beginning, I wasn't impressed with some of the GPs and I have to stand up for myself a couple of times but I finally come across some really nice, caring Gps and I have been looked after well, specially recently. I wouldn't have left but I relocated and I moved out of the catchment area so I had to say goodbye but I have been a fussy patient, difficult at times (I hate being ill and I don't do it very well), and yet I have had the chance to get to know some outstanding Doctors, Dr Sri, Dr Morthy and Dr Khamoo in particular have been kind and caring and I am very grateful for their efforts. The Reception Staff has been challenging at times but since the introduction of the AskMyGP App it is easier to book appointments and the GPs are very efficient in calling back and book appointments when necessary. Overall I am sad to have left and I have to say that I owe a lot to this Surgery for taking care of me. Thank you All.
