Had approximately 1900 grafts mid October this year due too some thinning and receding around the front of my hairline. Spoke with Matthew before hand and he explained what to expect etc. The procedure was completely pain free ( apart from slight discomfort when numbing the head , which only lasted a matter of seconds) but I was pleasantly surprised on how laid back everything was. The surgeon was great and the two technicians were brilliant, very friendly and professional. It took around 7 hours from start to finish and was very impressed with the whole procedure. I’m two months in and extremely happy about the way things are going, I know there’s a long way to go yet but I can already see a big difference in my hairline ! Looking forward to growing my hair in the coming months and seeing the progress 😁 Would like to thank all that was involved and a special thanks to Matthew for his fantastic work sorting things out, he still rings and txts me seeing how I’m getting on and if I need help or advice with anything. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about having it done 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Beware******** this doctor is not experienced and results are not great, his "nurses" are unqualified and one does not even speak english, the other had worked in some sort of waitrose, the caliber and quality of people this doctor uses is not great at all. This doctor in my honest opinion is not one I would personally recommend, my experience with him and his makeshift team has been horrible and in all honesty my early results have been bad! PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE. "Dr Mo" is the doctor, please be aware, I have asked for my money back and will be going to small claims court due to poor, poor, poor, service. Oh and just to note, the doctor speaks extremely unprofessional has a somewhat "street" slur , claims to have done many operations, I would question every inch of him. BEWARE**********

Great and knowledgeable team. Matthew really cuts to the chase. Very honest Doctor. Made me very aware of my options long term results. Very relaxed consultation.

Told me up front what the surgery would cost and exactly what the process would involve. Pretty impressed to get all the info straight away without having to go and listen to a salesman. Hoping to go ahead

I got all my questions answered with a thorough explanation of the various transplant techniques, during my initial chat with Matthew. The only company to give me a price up front and a chance to meet the surgeon who would be doing my hair transplant.
