My visit to the Ear Care Lab was very beneficial for me. The wax blocking my ears was very skilfully removed by a very competent and caring Doctor, who also inspected my eardrums and gave them a clean bill of health. I am amazed at the difference it has made to my hearing - I can hear the birds again when I am inside my home, and my iPhone really rings too loudly, and I have turned the volume down on the TV! I would highly recommend this service as the suction method of removal of earwax is much better than syringing.

I went to get my ears cleaned in Ear Care Lab due to build up of ear wax. Dr Dina Ashraf examined and cleared both my ears. She was very professional, friendly and extremely competent at her job. The process was painless and I would highly recommend her to anyone if you need to get your ears examined and cleaned. she is outstanding !

I visited Dr Dina Ashraf for ear cleaning, a micro suction procedure. My right ear was completely blocked (yes stop using cotton buds!) She was very professional in carrying out the task. She was informative, appropriately relaxed (no body wants a tense doc!) and friendly. So 5 stars for this visit!

Olivia has been fantastic in the series of consultations I have had. Very attentive, knowledgable and extremely personable. Follow up was excellent including several phone calls to check in on how I was doing. Thank you so much Olivia for your care - I would highly recommend Olivia to anyone.

I couldn't hear properly and with other facilities closed Ear Lab was my salvation. I can hear again. Must remember to use drops first next time.
