My son bought a bottle of champagne from this store for £35. We opened it, poured out six glasses all took a sip and from the taste and smell it was clearly off. Within the hour of buying it we took it back to the shop and they refused to replace or refund, saying we would need to go back to the supplier to complain. What poor customer care. We won’t be going back which is a shame because we like to support local shops.
This convenience store has been recently refitted to a high spec, plenty of stock. Including fresh produce at great value prices. There’s lots of promotions now on great quality items as they have joined the NISA/COOP brand. The staff are really friendly providing a very good shopping experience! Also they are open long hours: 8am to 11pm every day, which is fantastic! They also sell pet related items, this shop is a true hidden gem.
Use to be a great place for reasonably priced lager. Unfortunately changed hands and all prices increased. Currently closed for refurbishment.
Used to be great got served before 18 now I'm 20 they ask for my I'd lool different owners ruined this business overpriced from original and highly recommended not coming here
