Lots of goodies for the seasonal cheer. Well stocked too. I went for a slimming world meal as well as some festive fare. Only 1 freezer and not much choice. Still I did get something. No queueing today but there was more traffic around as I climbed crayford hill.
Good for frozen food,drinks and lots more and you get a free delivery when you spend £25 go there quite regularly
Great service just now from the young man on the till. Very polite.

but
i made an extra visit today , to buy an offer item on icelands website ....on getting to the till...the item rang up double the price.
i queried this....lady at till was lovely ...
the person who i then spoke to had NO Customer service skills...was dismissive,....said the price in the store was right.....i showed her the website......she was dismissive....didnt care, didnt want to know.
i eventurlly got the item at the web price....but....this woman had bit of an attitude problem.....i understand all the girls were busy with christmas items....but im a customer too...
her name was ALLANOR......iceland. put on a customer service course ..
