A fantastic little gem 💎 We only went to look at a couple of things and ended up coming home with a brand new Sofa.... Bought a beautiful Italian Leather Sofa at midday Saturday and by 10.00 am Monday it was delivered taking pride of place in our living room 4 Days before Christmas 🎄 “Match that if you can DFS and the rest...” Great friendly family run business extremely helpful without the heavy pressure, amazing quality and prices and choices. “So why are you still sat there in discomfort, check them out now...!” Thanks for the time and help all 👍🏻

What a pleasure to deal with such lovely professional people. The communication and service was excellent from start to finish. I am super happy with my sofas and the quality is amazing. They look absolutely stunning in my living room and i would highly recommend this company to anyone. I for one can't wait to have a look around the shop when it opens!

Lovely store, just what Merthyr needed! Bought an amazing mirror and will be purchasing a sofa and bed there shortly. Had same day delivery, and all Covid precautions in place in store and by delivery team. Very safe and very friendly. Highly recommend

I hardly write reviews but I thought… I hardly write reviews but I thought sofa world wales really deserves people to know how good they are..... Being reluctant to purchase anything via a Facebook add I was sceptical when I contacted Paul to inquire about the beautiful furniture in the picture advertised. The customer service was 5* and I felt more confident to go ahead after speaking with Paul and reading some fantastic reviews. My sofas and stool arrived today and I could not be happier , they are even better and more beautiful than what I expected. The quality is fantastic, you can tell that they are made really well and not like the cheap kind you sometimes see in the shops...and they look way more expensive than what I played for them.The delivery drivers did everything on setting them up and went above and beyond to place them tidily. It was tricky to get them into the house due to the narrow entrance but they sussed it easily. What I can honestly say is that this company gives 5* quality goods with a 5* service, will definitely be buying more soon
