What made me give the five stars was the staff. As I am so picky of how I like my burger I tend to give staff members a hard time. However the staff here was so professional, so nice and warm that I was so impressed. Food was done fast and was so tasty. Definitely going to be my go to from now on. Thanks Camden 5 guys !!! Hands down one of the best branch in london

Paying extra for quality is fine if you can see and taste the quality. Unfortunately this is not the case, our cheese burgers were squashed, tasted no better than a Burger King burger although the bun was a bit nicer, it tasted like fast food, nothing gourmet about them, the chips were very dry and the shakes were only chocolate flavour and definitely not worth the extortionate price. The drink I got from the soda dispenser was also weak and watery. And to top it off the woman serving was overtly impatient with me when ordering and I was the only customer there. It was my first experience of 5 Guys and I will not be returning.

I was having a really bad day a few weeks ago and I was on my way home from work and decided to pop into Five Guys branch in Camden for a bite to eat and I’m extremely glad I did. I got speaking to a young lady named Yetty and she was extremely polite and really made a difference to my day. I rarely leave reviews however I popped in again today and experienced the same service. This specific branch deserves a 10/10 for professionalism, hygiene, cleanliness and customer service - the whole team should be recognised for their hard work especially during these uncertain times. It’s really warming to see them take such consideration in ensuring everyone’s safety by following government guidelines as well as remaining really pleasant! Thank you for your dedication and positive attitudes.

One of the best fast food burger joints in the UK or anywhere, hands down. Yes, the double cheeseburger with bacon (and all toppings!) is around 10£, but this is not McDonald’s. The quality is really good, it actually tastes like decent quality ingredients were used in the process. The people working at this branch were very polite and friendly to me. If you’ve had a few drinks and are looking for a quick, delicious bite, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended.
