Felling pretty angry. All this new advertising for the new vegan burger but they NEVER have it! As strange as it may seem I don't like chicken and both myself and daughter often buy a hash brown in a bun instead of a burger along with fries, coleslaw, corn etc. Tonight I sent my son to get my hash brown, beans etc but when he asked for the hash brown in a bun the guy started laughing at him. Surely he is there to serve the order, not ridicule people?. To make it worse, when I looked at the receipt, I have been charged full price for a 'mini fillet burger' PLUS the hash brown! Def WON'T be using this branch again no matter how convenient!

Absolutely disgusting. Chicken is not fresh at all, it's dry over cooked and tasteless, the chicken looks like deep fried rats. This is the worst KFC and should be shut down.
