Great service. Nice venue with a good atmosphere. We had some delicious starters and desserts, the main course ( burger ) was average. Overall a very decent experience. I wish they cleared tables quicker same way as when asking for the food order. But their friendly service made up for that. Will visit again

Fantastic service and wonderful food. My wife and I really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary there. Many thanks to all those that made it such a great evening.

Very disappointed with our visit ! It was our second visit. We booked a table for 4 people with over 2 days in advance, and we asked with the possibility of a table with the sofa chairs. Of course we can’t be guaranteed but she said she will see what she can do. On the morning of our booked dinner we called again to double confirm our visit. Then at booked arrival no tables were still available so we were sat outside the restaurant on the side street at one of their benches while we ordered our drinks and food (our table was booked for 8:45 PM and not ready still but their kitchen closes at 9 PM). Then at 9:10 PM we were finally sat inside , but we were sat at the worst table of the entire restaurant, under a TV and in the passage of waiters and bar , with waiters constantly passing us. We were meant to be moved to another better table but were never troughout the whole night! Our waiter she looked stressed and miserable from the beginning and didn’t seem to want to help us. Our food came , we had the chicken wings and burgers, and desert and 2 bottles of wine between the four of us . Food took long time , the burgers were average , the fries were a little overcooked , desert seemed rushed . At the end of the night we were the last persons to leave as of course we were also the last persons to be seated and we haven’t finished our wine yet and desert felt rushed , but felt urged to pay the bill and leave as they were now closing . They should have not accepted our booking for 8:45 PM if their kitchen closes at 9 PM. They didn’t realize we were a group of four so the booking was messed up from the beginning and it felt More like we were “adding” up to their problem of being very busy last night which is disappointing as all we wanted was to sit comfortably and spend money. We were disappointed, and were even asked to pay the full bill however they removed the service charge on our bill without us asking . That itself demonstrates that they don’t think they delivered and expectional experience. The four of us left with a bad feeling and bad experience which was meant to be a good night, and we feel we totally overpaid for this night (the bill was high as we had two bottles of wine which also seemed overpriced).

Gordon is not Heston. When one masters and creates molecular cuisine the other has come up with homeopathic cuisine. Gordon isn't Heston but Gordon is Jesus. He multiplies the steaks. Give him a regular sized one portion steak in any restaurant and this is what he comes up with. 5 slices of meat with over salted fries. £23.... Gordon you made a name giving advices on how to run a restaurant. Let me give you my advice. This is covid time. Hospitality sector is in bad shape. Blatantly joking at your customers won't help your business. 1 star for the polite staff.

The beer was ok but the place didn't respected any of the COVID rules. No social distancing and I was the only one with the mask on the support bar while I was asking for a beer. I can understand no masks on the table but like there no one was using it. Same about track and trace form.
