Came to see Tenet (excellent movie). Warm welcome, drinks and snacks delivered to the seats, and nice comfy sofas. First time in years that we've been to a movie, loved it. Even with masks on. Covid safe.

A few week's ago a friend and I went here to watch a film. Unfortunately my friend got rather drunk, started noisily disturbing other cinema-goers and was asked to leave. So far, so sensible of the establishment. The next time we went back a few days ago, they happily served my friend a bottle of proceco (for himself) but then refused to serve me on the grounds of "what happened last time". In other words I was penalised for my friend's behaviour! No reasonable justification and believe me it's difficult to enjoy a film when you're absolutely fuming over how rudely the establishment treats you. I'm never spending a single penny here ever again!
