Used to be awesome. And old owner was good. And fish was good. Current owners selling rotten hard rubbery ore frozen fish for the same price as before. I am very disappointed. It's theft. They should change their name. Why are you tricking customers? Why is the fish not fresh anymore?

Don’t order from here expecting the Codfather we all know and love. Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and the standard was poor, to then find out ownership has changed. Gutted. Previous owner was literally the best, I’m now going to have to find a new local chippy kmt.

Did not realize that the ownership had changed 😐😐...... Sorry not sorry will not be ordering from this place again.. ordered haddock and large chips, fish burger and chip. When the food came i got a small piece of haddock and a small flat piece of cod which was so over greasy and tasted and looked like it was fried 3 times it just tasted of grease... I called the restaurant and they did send me a new meal and the driver wasment to take back first meal they give me but he shook the bag and said oh no sorry i cant take that cause I can't resale it 🤦🏾‍♀️😐😳 he had no shame or proud... I wish the old owner was still there they put so much love in their food.....

This shop used to be top notch! We ordered from them very very regularly for years! Recently it has come under new ownership and the quality has plummeted... really sad to have lost what used to be our favourite take out. Today we tried for the third time since the new management came in. The chips were sloppy and tasted like the oil wasnt fresh. The fish was VERY overcooked. To top it off we were charged £14 instead of the usual £12. Not going to try it again!
