Absolutely disgusting not worth the money at all!

Long wait due to last day of Eat in to help out offer, but food was good.

The food and price is 0/10, will never go back. Don't waste ur money...

Well i had to take back my stars because the second time I went there I actually had brought a friend with me, who never had taco bell EVER!! It was my second time too nevertheless she had ordered what I had the first time I was there , it was the crunch wrap and I had it made half and half so she wanted the same thing. The cashier was adamant saying that its not possible i then explained that I had it done that way the last time and dined in etc....he started to argue with me. I really didn't want to buy it to be honest for his bad service provided but at the same time I wanted her try it so badly because I have. So anyways the food was ready and I decided to ask the other staff who brought the food and she said yes they do mix it even the guy who was making them over heard and said yes. Then the cashier got involved whilst he was in the middle of another transaction with another costumer and started telling them to back him. I literally composed myself went on taco bell Instagram to find a customer service number yet there is none. Being a public figure influencer I seriously was considering to put it on live to show how it was a bad service but I thought about how it probably would affect taco bells business in the UK. Although its not really a matter to me but its just the bad feeling that will come with it 😪 anyway i believe all staff should be trained properly before they go and give bad service like what I've experienced.

Only downside was it took almost twenty minutes to get our grub. Not really fast food with times like that, but I guess deliveroo is more important than people who actually come to the premises, ffs. Food was decent when we finally got it.
