A while ago I was captivated by Sam's drumsticks bucket which seemed a good deal but as I have never tried Sam's I wasn't sure if their chicken was good.
I tried katsu curry sauce which tasted vinegary but it was appetizing when you have it with chicken.
Useless delivery drivers... Waited 2 hours for nothing... Had to order from somewhere else...
Will NEVER Order food from these again because they're useless and I'm gonna post my review all over Facebook too...
Ordered food from this place, big mistake! They sent the wrong wrap, when I called they were lovely and said they would send a new one, they didnt. I called the next day and was told they would send the wrap with free wings for my inconvenience. The wrap came with salad after I specified no salad so again I called and got told not to order from this place again and that I was wrong and had the phone put down on me so I called back and tried to address that she was extremely rude to just hear the same thing again. No apology for their mistakes. Extremely rude people work here that need a lesson in customer service. The food is overpriced and not worth the money.
It takes ages to prepare something, sometime more than 20 mins waiting
Absolutely vile. Chicken is undercooked and cold. Should be investigated by Health & Safety!
