Great location. Friendly staff and spacious seating, even for standard ticket buyers. Film quality was good and the sound wasnt too loud. Just right!

This cinema is stuck in time these conditions found at the cinema do not reflect 2020 :the chairs are extremely old they are also not clean lack of staff and the existing staff communicate via headphones about personal stuff in front of customers not paying attention to what you're trying to order. We are living in strange times in which people are either furlonged or lose their jobs completely and these people do not seem to appreciate the fact that they still have a job. The pricing is very different from the app or from the website the website and app say it's 5.99 when you reach the counter it's 7.99. I suggest you go to a more updated cinema at Purley Way which is more cheaper you have extreme cleaning ,Very comfortable seats which by the way are clean ,And staff that appreciate the fact that they have a job and pay attention to what the customers have to say in their experience in the cinema.

Well organised, clean, with everyone sat far apart. Lower star rating as could not get the website to work for pre-booking tickets
