Used to have great food before lockdown first time going since then. Only doing burgers, but they were very good. Unfortunately they are not selling ale which was a surprise. Had a nice wine instead. Staff very good, safe distancing well observed. Would recommend if you are not bothered about having ale.
Good to relax
Love this restaurant/ cafe. The food is absolutely delicious! You can get your English breakfast but also pancakes, smashed 🥑 with perfect poached eggs with or without bacon, smoothies etc....They have a wc just out the back door which is very clean and warm. Staff are also friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
A little bit further up from the tube it attracts less of a crowd and has a more relaxing feel to it. Burger were juicy and staff attentive but I would have given it four stars if they did accept verbal orders than insisting on the use of the app for Covid reasons.
1st post-covid trip to a pub. Whole distancing process was well managed by the friendly staff. The ordering app was easy to use. Drinks prices were on the steep side, even for London. Sadly the food (burger menu) quality was mixed. Pulled pork burger was decent. The cheeseburger was awful - overcooked, greasy and far too much mustard that overpowered everything. Sweet potato fries tasted like they had been hanging around for a while then reheated. Really disappointing.
