My old cinema miss the old days

Screen 1 to see Tenet and it was the worse cinematic experience of my life. The volume was up so loud that during the gun fights (of which there were many) left my partner and I putting our fingers into our ears and to not be deafened. I even went out of the cinema to ask for it to be turned down so that we could actually hear the people speak and the lady behind the counter basically shrugged and said "that's the way the film was shot". I really don't think Christopher Nolan made a mistake in his film that resulted in half the film being inaudible reverberations. Awful cinema, avoid.

So glad that my local Cinema is back open! Social distancing measures are observed here with antibacterial gel on arrival, staff check that guests are wearing masks and staff have the face shields on. Even masked up, the staff recognised myself and my cinema buddy! My friend is bubbled with my household, but the system puts us a couple of seats away so we just let the staff know and then had the choice to sit together or apart. Doors on your left to go in and then on your left to go out. Leave by going up the stairs, across from one side of the cinema to the other and down the stairs (if possible of course).

Last night watched Tenet (screen 1) I don't know what happened there, but the speakers were set to a maximum volume, and I am not overexaggerating. It was unbearably loud, and painful to the ears, and I am not being dramatic here as I was not the only one - All four of us had the same opinion on it. Because of the bad volume set up, it was really hard to understand what actors were saying, so it was rather hard to follow up the story line, hillarious 😂. Someone needs to look into this ASAP, and not only this;it was so freaking cold that we couldn't wait to get out from there. The heating was switched off, and staff was very slooow not mentioning their customer service attitude. Overall experience: Not positive. We will not visit again, too loud, to cold.
