Ok station, pretty useful thing
No lifts and wheelchair exit
Lovely station, really old fashioned compared to a lot of the stations further in
First of all I seem station in clean atmosphere and train is coming to the platforms in times
OUTSIDE in and out passengers enough to stand up and very closely all routes buses are available in times few FOODS shops to shopping very easy I like the station I often use to come and go to south ealing and from south Ealing to Heathrow airport facilities
I just went to this station yesterday and since I'm not from here, I had to look at the map. Without being asked a very nice man from the desk offered help, gave me a mini map of the station and checked to make sure I knew where I was going. He was so helpful and nice and I was very impressed by the above and beyond quality of service. Additionally, my family arrived a few minutes later to travel with me but they had to recharge their oyster cards. The man again offered to help them and was very friendly. So pleased! What a kind person and great staff member! The station also had extremely easy to follow maps and signs and digitalized train arrivals/departures for the next two trains on both sides. Hopefully the staff member reads this and realizes what a nice impact he has on people. Really gave a great start to my travels! 😊
