The Town Surgery

This is the worst surgery in Enfield the staff especially the Receptionist have no compassion and a very bad attitude and phone manner . I called to find out my test results as I was advised that my GP will be in touch to advise me of the results.I have no trust in this surgery as 3 years ago my father was told by the same surgery go home you only have a chest infection in actual fact he got worse and turns out it was cancer and he past away due to the lack of attention this surgery shows to there patients. This time I called was spoken rudely as usual by reception when asking for my results few heated words exchanged as I was been told to write in a request my results to my tests and will hear back with in a month obviously due to the history of there incompetence with my father i insisted to speak to the Dr or a return call . Dr Alex called me with a rude attitude not asking how I was feeling or apologising for his staffs rude phone manner but asking me who told me he would give me my results the hospital cavil told me your GP will give the results as a doctor he raised his voice was very snappy and instead of focusing on my medical issue instead was talking to me like I was a child being told off for speaking to his receptionist in a bad manner and he said this was listed on the computer. He wouldn’t even let me explain told me his removing me from the surgery I should get a letter in 8 days what kind of Doctor would behave in this manner .This is the worst surgery the receptionist are rude and unhelpful the Dr Alex has no social skills very incompetent have no care for patients especially on this pandemic they should be more compassionate healthcare .Gov Uk should do an audit on such terrible care services and provide social skill training .

This surgery is shocking. I would definitely recommend you don't register here. The treatment they have towards my mum is very disrespectful and I am very glad not to be with them anymore. Doctor was rude asked me if I was leaking as if I were a car...

The “Nurse” called Mrs. Kristiina needs to work on her attitude and approach. Answered my questions regarding nicotine plasters with a “oh some people prefer the plasters and others the chewing gums...” But why??! I clearly needed advice on a higher level with a bit more expertise. I should’ve just googled it instead as you’ll find much more information online rather than getting it out from a so called “nurse”. Mrs Kristiina also “told me off” for not reading the sign with my name on it meaning that I was going to be her next patient in the queue. She was pretty upset about the 4 extra steps she had to walk to grab me from the waiting room considering that she’s been sitting in that room for the last 7 hours. After discussing this with my other half, without mentioning her name, he knew exactly who I was talking about so I guess we’re not the only one. Avoid if you can!
