Great local glasses shop/opticians with a friendly and informative staff, and a good range of specs. My eye test was quick and the employees were happy to mail my glasses to me. They even threw in some free glasses cleaner, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.
My whole family come to this Opticians for years. We always have a great experience, they also spotted a condition In my Mums Vision that is apparently difficult to spot (as per Moorfields specialist) so their quality of Optician is A-Class. Frames are of very good quality even the lower budget range are great quality. I bought an expensive pair of frames from here in 2014 & still look good as new. Today my Dad had Miss Patel & Susan helping him with Vision Test & frame & they were crystal clear with explaining the options, add-ons & prices. Lovely Calm atmosphere. Receptionists are always lovely & patient when making a booking. Highly recommend this Opticians :)
I have been using GTGLO for a few years now and they never fail to please. They are very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and overall just very nice people to deal with. Keep up the good work guys....:-)
The staff here are wonderful. The examinations are thorough and unrushed. The selection of frames is excellent and the quality of lenses is superb.
I flirted briefly with another opticians but found that for me "I shouldn't have gone to ...."
It's 9 years from my eye laser surgery and my sight had degraded a little with time and old age so I thought I would get a pair of reading glasses. I didn't want the hard sell of certain major chains and liked the look of Gordon Thomas. I had high expectations of personal service and Covid precautions. From the moment of walking in and through the examination and recommendations I cannot fault any aspect. Very glad about my choice.
