I have been really blown away by the level of customer service that is given to the patients. I locum as the Optometrist in this branch, and therefore have seen all types of service given to the patients, and the staff here are patient, friendly and polite. They are honest with the patients and give what is needed and always listen to the budgets. Genuinely caring people who do the best they can for their patients. From my point of view, I enjoy working in this practice as the staff and ambience are excellent. Great manager, great staff. I am unbiased as I am not employed by the company except as a locum and also do not have to leave any reviews unless I feel that it is completely correct and truthful.

Professional, very warm and friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. My eye test revealed that I needed glasses and the entire experience couldn't have been nicer, despite covid restrictions. Nobody was pushing me towards buying at a high price point, the staff were genuinely caring and interested to help. Fabulous team. I couldn't recommend them more.
Scrivens is a very good Optician and I love going there. They tend to have what I need in Stock.

I suffer with anxiety and low self esteem, but the staff here are absolutely lovely! They have helped me pick my glasses knowing how uncomfortable I felt and I actually came out with a smile on my face! By far the best opticians I have been to.. i don't dread going to appointments like I have before
