I had a two level cervical spine disk replacement that was done in July 2019 at the Hospital of St. John & St. Elizabeth's. I was in significant pain when I went to see Bob Chatterjee and I decided to go ahead with the procedure after the risks were fully explained. I was up and about the day after the operation and my pain was gone. Three months on and the pain and discomfort are now a distant memory. My neck is feeling perfect and my range of movement is excellent. Bob and his team exceeded my expectations and I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team and the treatment the I received. This was a life-changing operation.

i had a 2 level cervical disc replacement with Mr Chatterjee on 31st July 2018...at the hospital of St John & St Elizabeth in London, he is undoubtedly the best spinal surgeon i have ever met, honest, thourogh opinion... great respect.. thank you to him, his advise was "spot on" all my symptoms were resolved immediately following the surgery. The Best... thank you.... great respect......

I saw Dr Chatterjee in Feb 2017 and I was in that most terrible pain for five months. He was very reassuring and professional. When another doctor was recommending an operation Dr Chatterjee did not. He gave me injections and recommended Pilates which I still attend regularly. I write this to thank him for his first class consultancy.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to this wonderful spinal surgeon 3 months ago after experiencing a year of excruciating spinal & associated pain which was not treated correctly here in Chichester, West Sussex by a local spinal surgeon. I never gave up hope, despite my condition & quality of life deteriorating rapidly & having to take very strong opioids in order to function. Mr Chatterjee assessed me immediately & was surprised that I had been left in such a poor condition when he first met me. He assured me that he could help me & this he has done; he spent 5 hours untangling my spinal nerves followed by a spinal fusion at the Highgate Private Hospital where I made an excellent recovery & have continued to do so. I would travel anywhere in the world to consult this charming, professional & extremely personable gentleman - hence highly recommending him to anyone, anywhere. Please do not suffer as I did if you have spinal problems - see this kind & highly talented surgeon. You will not be disappointed.
