The staff lack any customer services skills. Courtesy and a smile cost nothing. They don't seem to have any problem laughing and joking with their own countrymen.

A great place to get some fresh bread, meat, potatoes, milk and other polish things. The ladies are hard working and very helpful.
I was shopping in your Perivale store one of your store today. I just thought of dropping a good few words in terms of how professional your management team was today. One of the customer was not wearing mask whilst he was shopping he was not following the government guidelines. The Asian manager who was really patiently explaining the customer but the customer was very rude to him though the manager did not loose his temper. During this global pandemic it’s really good to see the manager trying to maintain his calm attitude. Few people do not understand the government guidelines and we need more people like your Asian manager to explain them. Keep up the great work.
