Altough it was almost before the closing time, the stuff were very friendly and welcoming which you wouldn't expect from a chain fast food restaurant. A big thank you for that! We had cheeseburgers with almost all the toppings in and they were fresh and tasty. If you want chips, i would recommend the spicy one! They're really delicious and not that spicy, try for a change!

Clearly customer service is not the forte of these people. I made my order and 3 other customers who made theirs got their food before me. Also I mentioned to them that I wanted unsalted french fries. Despite my request I saw the lady who prepared the French fries poured salt on them. Then I mentioned to her that I had already told her three times about wanting unsalted fries. Then she said sorry and told me preparing new fries would take only two minutes. 6 minutes went and no fries were ready yet. Then I saw the lady talking on the phone and walkkng away as her shift was probably finished. By that time all my burgers had gone cold so I went t he manager and asked about my fries, she had to chase another lady to find out about my fries and despite the fact that she had probably been told my fries were ready to be given to me she had not paid any attention to that. Finally I got my food and by the time I was ready to eat it my burgers were totally cold. Most of the time the people who prepare the food in the Ealing branch are having fun and shout and scream at the top their voice concentrating on the fun instead of having customer service as their first priority. My wife and I decided to go grab a meal from this place at 22:25. Quickly reached the Chiswick branch and ordered our burger, fries and the milkshake. This place is fantastic! The food is amazing and the staff members are extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Cheeseburger is the best I've had to date, the five guys milkshake is super awesome and words cannot express how tasty and crispy the fries are. I don't think I'll ever wanna have fries from any other place ever again! Sure the prices are a little steep but it's worth the quality and quantity of food that's served. Shout-out to Scolly who helped us decide on our order and her awesome customer service. She's a great asset to your team. Brilliant place, brilliant food and absolutely fantastic staff! Keep it up guys! Will see you'll soon!
