I like Sam's Chicken, but NOT this one! Avoid! I gave it a good 3 tries now. Each time the chicken was bad. No effort is being made to have the chicken look and taste decent. They re-fry already fried chips, which makes them taste awful! Soggy and greasy as hell! Who does that!? Customer service is non-existent. Staff doesn't care and now I don't care either.
Overall a decent if unspectacular chicken shop, however they do boast the consistently best wings in Ealing, staff are friendly and the food is solid
A fantastic menu, snappy service and the best fried chicken chain in London.
Always served quickly, food is nice. Clean shop, nice staff. But chicken can be dry some times not always.
