Delivery is always a bit of a wait but its always worth it 🙂 The cakes are amazing! The Oreo Red Velvet is my favourite. I've been regularly ordering since August 2020 and so far I've never had a slice of cake that I didn't love.
The service has always been a bit dodgy - long waits and not great communication. But, the CAKES ARE INCREDIBLE. We are obsessed. The best cupcakes we've had in a while. Sad to see that you've disappeared off Deliveroo. Hopefully we will be able to order from PoV again soon!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Appalling service. Ordered 3 pieces and only got 2 after waiting over an hour after the estimated delivery time. Don’t bother. This isn’t the first time either. Don’t know why it’s still a business
The service isn't great but the cakes are good.
NEVER AGAIN! Worse service ever as there was no service! I ordered on two different occasions and DID NOT TURN Up for either order. Called the place after ordering and noone picked up.
Im beginning to think it is some kind of scam to capitalise on customers that do not chase their order or follow up on orders that don't arrive. Kids left devestated that's why im writing the review. They obviously don't care about their reputation.
