Certainly a place worth stopping over, the food is awesome and well prepared, the costs are fair and it is regularly neat in here. Keep up the good work.
Sort out your staffing. Attended today and there was only one staff member on the till with a queue of about 15 people. The food is lovely but it's a shame it takes so long juat to be able to receive it.
This establishment is now called the River Cottage Restaurant. I could find no listing on google to review it so I'm leaving this here. I'm told this is a chain and that the other locations are better, however, both the food and service here were poor. I ordered a burger medium rare which came out like a puck and tasted terrible. The area is very cramped and staff struggle to bring out people's tea and food orders. They were clearly frustrated and orders got confused.
Had a lovely lunch with 5 people. Staff were very accommodating. Food looked and tasted good 👌. Place had a good atmosphere.
