I like their burgers and especially the jalapeno cream cheese side but that is all the positive that I can say. Their website is managed by a company that is dissolved so they can't manage bugs. Their phone operator can hardly speak English, rude and far from being customer friendly. They refuse to confirm anything in writing including cancellation of the order or refund and I just hope that they will refund the order that they have not delivered today as they refuse to confirm that in writing. Not sure what happens if the refund does not happen and I need to contact them with no evidence about what happened.
At the moment you step in that place they give you a comfortable feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a friendly restaurant to go out with friends or with your date. enjoyable meals, professional chief cook and stuff, modest pay and generous service. Highly recommended.
1 star is generous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered through just eat and they sent the wrong burger. Refused refund, was loud and ignorant whilst I tried explaining the situation.
