This is my first ever review but felt like I had to give one as the food was just so bad. I feel awful as the staff were lovely and I even gave a tip to them! My pasta was a tiny portion, watered down and cold, while my boyfriend's burger was burnt and soggy from grease. It ruined our Valentine's date night that we were celebrating later than everyone else. Had to leave early so we could wash the taste out of our mouths with something. The Doughballs and staff are why my review is 2 stars, sorry for everything else...

It felt like the perfect place to have breakfast and it indeed it was. I experienced excellent customer service. Food so much affordable than I'd imagined and above, sat by the window and had a great view. Will certainly revisit to try another meal from the menu

In truth, I'm not a fan of Frankie & Benny's, but I was out numbered on a vote 3 to 1 so I had to go reluctantly. On entering, our party was asked immediately if any one had any allergies. The staff seemed well trained, polite and attentive, I had the full rack of ribs which were tasty and succulent, all in all despite my reservations on previous experiences at F&B I have admit I enjoyed the night the food, dessert , and drinks ! I held a star back on my previous experiences. Give it a go you might change you mind like I have!

A long wait to be seated at a pre booked party to find no table was reserved (even though booked two weeks previous ) but food was lovely ,staff were friendly bit of a wait in between but on whole was a great evening ,allergens/vegan needs information was covered very professionally.

Me and my friends love Frankie & Benny's, but sadly this one was just horrible. The waitress was just so rude and moody. The food also was horrid. Then I was excited to have the New York Sunday for dessert but it just tasted like chemicals. Not impressed by that and was very disappointed then when I asked to have it taken care of the waitress wasn't even a meter away and she was saying I was wrong and laughing at me....it ruined my time there completely.
