No one ever answers thee phone!
I have promotional codes which the on=line booking is not accepting.
Considering Vue want people back after closing due to C-19 the service is abysmal!
Cinema is quite small but it was far less busier than westfield which is better if you prefer less crowded places.
Good cinema but don't buy any sweets or snacks there it is an absolute rip off . Buy and eat before you arrive. (That goes for all Vue cinemas)
We bought tickets online in advance but the ticket pick-up machines were all broken so we had to wait in a huge queue of people buying pop corn and ice cream for 15 minutes just to complete the two second job of picking up the tickets! Intelligent management would have set one queue aside for fast ticket pick up only. Unfortunately, the management is not intelligent.
