Registering with them was painless and booked appointment easily, 5 stars for that service. However roll on a year or so later and needed some information provided to my life insurer, took them 4 MONTHS to provide zero details. It's all electronic, should've taken a minute so -5 stars for that.

I know there is a pandemic going on but please at least listen to patients and try answering your phone instead of putting people in a queue that you never get round to answering the calls but instead cut people off. And don't get me started about repeat prescriptions. After chasing mine for days only to find out that it was sent to a pharmacy I had not requested. Really!!!

I had a very disappointing appointment with 'Dr' Iman Hanna. So incompetent and careless person. The appointment was for my son who has a very bad infection we have been dealing with for months now and instead of getting any help we were met with disrespect. It is not only she didn't say anything we can do for this infection but she got irritated when I asked questions regards his situation and his diet as he is allergic to milk and soy. She did't know simple stuff that any doctor must know. At the end she prescribed meds I told her that might help and when I went to the pharmacy one of the creams wasn't the same we agreed on prescription. Just was a waste of time ,one useless appointment.

Don't even deserve one star. Had a number of problems over the years. Called me once when I was on holiday said it was an emergency and that I need to come in as soon as I get back. When I try to book an appointment there is no record of why they needed me to come in all of a sudden. There was no emergency and they had left me scared on holiday worried about what might be the problem. Try to call to make an appointment you are put through to an automated message. You are then placed on hold and I was on hold for over an hour, decided to go to the surgery whilst still on hold to be told that the department is closed and to call back or come back when open. Why was the timings not mentioned when I first called? Why can't you be transferred to the main reception when one department is closed. Makes no sense and is such an inconvenience.
